Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For mould injection production line, standard MOQ is 500pcs per SKU.
For handmade acrylic production line, standard MOQ is 100pcs per SKU.
Price offers will vary based on target quantity ranges.

What material do you use? Is it safety material?

For mould injection material, we use injection material such as PET, ABS, PP and HIPE. All materials we use have passed ISO9001 test. For food graded material PET which get in contact with food, materials are all BPA free.
For acrylic material, we use whole brand new 100% raw cast acrylics, which all pass ISO9001 test. And the transparency rate is over 92% rate at high rank.

What trade term and payment term do you accept?

We accept standard trade terms with our clients, Ex-factory, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP terms.
For payment, standard payment is 30% deposit for confirmation of order, balance payment before delivery or against bill of lading.

Can we get customized/OEM and ODM services?

We always provide OEM services to our clients based on customer’s requests, like logo printing/engraving and customized packing.
We also provide ODM services and sign NDA contract with our clients. For customized mould cost, it’s negotiable based on order quantity.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

For each production line, our internal QC will inspect the first piece during each bulk production process and only after verification of the first piece, the latter bulk production can move on.
During bulk packing process, we have strict QC monitoring service. Before delivery of bulk goods, we have random outgoing check process.
Strict QC monitoring ensures high quality products to our clients.

Can I get a sample before placing order?

Sample can be provided before placing order. Normally, we provide 1~2 samples to our clients to check product quality. Sample can be provided free, as long as clients handle the express shipping cost.
